  A lousy, uncomfortable experience.. it took them 2 weeks to get a part & I had to call to remind them to install it. Had no AC the whole time (during heatwave). When the tech finally came, the AC broke again & began blowing hot air 2 hours after he left. The tech said that the attic was the hottest attic he'd ever worked in at 150 degrees.. Alicia Air's fault it got that hot because their delay. They are putting lives at risk. I demanded a discount. I feel like I have heatstroke because of these people. Buyer beware.
