  This store has been here over thirty years as Sav-On meeting the unique needs of this community offering a wide range of products and services. It was, for much of that time, a 24/7 operation and you could always get your prescription filed quickly day or night.
  
  Recently, however, it was acquired by CVS and all that changed. The product mix was changed, prices were raised and staff was dramatically reduced.
  
  Checking out was particularly frustrating because there was no clearly defined queue. There might be three checkers and you might have waited behind someone for ten minutes and someone else simply ignores the rag tag line walks up to a checker. I’ve seen customers get into real confrontations while others simply decide to leave the store.
  
  Eventually, they stopped staying open 24/7 even though their receipts still say they are open 24/7. They now stay open until midnight but their pharmacy is often closed by 6:00 PM so it is very difficult to get there after work and get a prescription filled before they close.
  
  I refuse to put up with this to be a CVS customer. I won’t be back because there are too many competitors close by who value my business.
