  I didn't have a good experience at this location although I like Panera. I overheard the staff loudly bickering including cuss words as did the other patrons. I approached the staff since kids and business clientele frequent this location. The manager and staff felt that I was in the wrong for approaching them about it. I wouldn't bring a business associate or my family here and probably won't go back.

  I use the app to order my food for rapid pick up. It's awesome. I order a few times a week and have only had a few orders wrong over many months.
  I just wish they would stock more soufles and serve them past 10:30am. They are ALWAYS out of them.
