  The tenant at my rental property called and said the AC is blowing warm air. Spoke with James and Chris to have them confirm the unit was bad. They went to the house within a few hours and confirmed it needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote to replace it (which was much better than the competition). They had it up and running the following day. This is during the peak summer season, when other companies say "we can get there in 3 weeks to look at it". 1st Choice is unbelievable! Greatest customer service around, with great pricing. It's nice to know that if we have any AC/Heating needs in the future, I will only have one call to make-1st and ONLY choice! Thanks guys!

  1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. delivered exceptional service from the moment the call was placed to the timeliness of response and quality of service delivered. We had an urgent need to replace our AC during a heat wave and received great service from 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician who came out to our house to diagnose the initial problem (Jeff) was punctual, knowledgeable and provided great service including several options for us to consider based on price points, equipment etc. James the owner scheduled a crew of 5 people to come out and due the work on a Saturday and they worked throughout the day to complete the job by the deadline provided. James also had his crew come out on numerous occasions (for free) to help tweak the AC settings to ensure we received the optimal cooling for our home. I highly recommend you reach out to 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your AC needs. They are a first rate company that cares about service and stands behind their products.
