  I like their large play area and the variety of games offered. Table tennis was popular among moms and dads watching their children. They have fewer jumpers than 'Pump it up', and only one of them is exciting. This made it super crowded with kids! I agree, there must be supervision in the play area. There was none during our party time. I was very disappointed with their reception area. Their wooden floor is very slippery with socks and several kids fell when in the reception area. I would imagine this is a common experience for all visitors. It just seems like common sense to add extra carpets in the reception area... surprised that I'm the first one complaining about it.
