  The doctors and nurses are nice enough, but the business side of this place are total crooks.
  
  My wife first went to this place early 2016, after finding them on our Insurance carrier's website as an urgent care. When she visited, she noticed it was both a family practice and an urgent care in one office. When she was paying, she asked the desk person if that would be the urgent care copay, and was told "No, we're a doctor's office, too, so it will just be the normal office visit copay." As she was experiencing some ongoing issues, and like the doctor, she continued to go. We also took them for a kid issue or two, with the same experience, the office visit copay was collected. At this point we were very happy with the medical care.
  
  Several months later we started receiving the bills for the 1st visits. As an OUT OF NETWORK URGENT CARE. Even though she was previously told they billed as an office visit, and they collected the office visit copay each time, they coded each visit as urgent care. Big problem, since our insurance carrier only had them listed as a doctors office, so for urgent care they are out of network. This would've been bad for one visit. But we had used them several times in a 3 month period, before receiving those bills. They are trying to now collect hundreds of dollars for office visits.
  
  In one of our first calls attempting to get an explanation, we were told "Well, we're both a doctors office and an urgent care, and we can pick which way we want to bill you afterwards." Um. Ok. Since, we've spoken to them numerous times in an attempt to resolve this. Let me rephrase. We've left numerous messages. There is only one person to talk to, and you cannot call her directly. You can leave a message, which she will return at her convenience several days later. If you're at work, or anywhere else, then you'll have to call back again, and wait a few more days for another call back. Then you have to try to get them, their 3rd party biller, and the insurance company on the phone, explain the whole thing, and get Saddleback to promise to rebill the insurance company. Which they do. EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST TIME. This has happened more than once. So then you start all over.
  
  And despite the fact that they are well aware we are disputing these bills, they keep sending them.
  
  These people are an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE on the billing/customer service/business side.
