  I called to make an appointment with Carmen to get my regular haircut at this location for 3:45. When I arrived there she said that I will be next as she was finishing a haircut, meanwhile another customer then walked in and then told me that she will be taking the customer who just walked in first and that my appointment was for 4:00, I then asked her that how come since she said that I will be next and that my appointment was for 3:45, Carmen then took me for my haircut in a hurry and I specifically asked her that I want my hair short but not bald, Carmen did not listen and started shaving my hair with a razor from the front which is very unusual, she did not even cut my hair with scissors and hastily shaved all of my hair off and made me completely bald, I then told her that I do not like it at all after she made me completely bald and she started making excuses that it I am looking bald because of the shampoo I use! She was not apologetic at all and was very rude and charged me $20 for making me bald and wanted to charge $2 extra for her tip!, I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS TYPE OF BAD ATTITUDE AND GARBAGE SERVICE AT ANY HAIR SALON IN MY LIFE!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! BEWARE AND GO AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR HAIR TO BE SHAVED OFF AND GET BALD BECAUSE OF THE RECKLESS STYLISTS AT THIS LOCATION!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
